For their 3rd, bi-annual issue that hits kiosks on Feb 8th, Love Magazine chooses eight of the worlds most beautiful women to show off their bodies for cover photos.
The issue shot by the dynamic duo of Alas and Piggot features Kate Moss, Lara Stone, Amber Valletta, Daria Werbowy, Naomi Campbell, Natalia Vodianova & Kristin McMenamy in the buff.

Charles Taylor is on trial for his crimes against humanity and center stage are allegations that he gave Naomi Campbell a blood diamond. After being questioned by ABC News Naomi reacts by punching a producers camera. “I did not receive a diamond and I am not going to speak about that,” says Campbell. Prosecutors say that Naomi Campbell refused their requests to be interviewed about the transaction which could help directly link Taylor, the former president of Liberia, with posession of uncut diamonds which were used to fuel a terror campaign in Sierra Leon between 1997 and 2001.
Cambell and her lawyers refused to be involved in this criminal trial.

Apparently the cops are looking for Naomi Campbell. According to her limo driver, she punched and slapped him as her drove her around New York City today. When he called 911 to report the incident she fled the scene said the driver and The New York Daily News
Her rep asks us not to rush to judgement but can we at least call pay-per-view? I would love to see a supermodel showdown!

According to WWD Magazine, fashion designers have grown weary of using “overexposed” celebrities in their advertising campaigns.
Gucci, Yves Saint-Laurent and Chanel are all turning to fashion models for their fall/winter campaigns. Frida Gianni at Gucci says, “The other issue with celebrities is that they are characters who are often associated with a certain film. I prefer a strong, generic face that’s not related to any world — whether that be music or Hollywood.”
It is rumored that Eva Mendes may be replaced at Calvin Klein and also known that Lara Stone replaced Madonna for Louis Vuitton’s spring/summer campaign (who may feature Christy Turlington, Karen Elson and Natalia Vodianova this winter according to reports.)
St. John had Angelina Jolie at the heart of recent campaigns but followed up with catwalk star Karen Elson. “We wanted to make a clean break from actresses… and cleanse the palette,” St. John CEO Glenn McMahon told WWD.
While it is true models will get more exposure celebrities will always maintain a strong foothold in the world of fashion. May mags are celebrity heavy this year in the fashion world and models like Naomi Campbell and Kate Moss gracing covers are celebrities in their own right.

Kate Moss Cries While Fashion Mourns Haiti And McQueen.
Fashion week in London started with 1 minute of silence to reflect on the life and work of the late designer.
Kate Moss courageously walked the catwalk in a design from Alexander McQueen’s 2010 collection to help raise money for orphans in Haiti. McQueen was a close friend of hers. However, she could not holdback the floodgates of emotion as TopShop boss Sir Philip Green bidded £100,000 pounds for a digital still of Moss from McQueen’s 2010 collection and departure from fashion.
Annabelle Nielson, McQueen’s muse comforted Kate at Sarah Brown’s (the Prime Minister’s wife) and Naomi Campbell’s Fashion For Releif Fund to benefit Haiti.
Meanwhile, the British Fashion Council (BIC) erected a memorial wall to honor the late designer while Mrs. Brown praised “the talent and creativity” of McQueen.

In a rare interview with The Sun Kate Moss revealed, “I’ve got good friends, they give me a bit of a slap. (They say) ‘Stop being a diva!’ (And then) Slap.”
At London Fashion Week she also spoke about her favorite moment in modeling, “My first John Galliano shoot was the most poignant.” She then listed the models involved, “Christy Turlington, Linda Evangelista, Naomi Campbell.”
The Sun also noted that Ms. Moss was on her best behavior at the Longchamp party with mother Linda at her side.
