Alessandra Ambrosio Speaks Out On Her Weight (Photos)
Recently supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio was pictured with models Crystal Renn and Brooklyn Decker. The press had a field day picking apart her weight. Alessandra was reluctant to respond to this fiasco (rightfully so) but has since spoke about it in WWD.
“I have been tiny since I was four an I eat whatever I want,” says Ale. “If I’m two pounds heavier, I’m fat. If I’m skinnier, I’m sick. It’s ridiculous,” she said. “And that’s not coming from agents or designers,” she says.
Alessandra’s preferred methods of working out include: pilates, yoga and running and working out with NYC fitness expert Leandro Carvalho, creator of The Brazilian Butt Lift.

Gisele Bundchen’s Fitness Secrets Spilled
Leandro Carvalho has trained supermodel Gisele Bundchen in the New York City club Equinox and isn’t surprised to find out Gisele delivered a chiled in the family bathtub. Apparently Gisele is keen to watersports. Gisele has been known to train with the Brazilian Body Surf workout in the pool which is an intensive program featuring water resistance techniques.
Leandro says, “We use noodles, gloves and Acquafins. It’s very good for legs, toning and definition.”
Allesandra Ambrosio also trains with Leandro Carvalho. Alessandra, aka, “The Body Angel” help to develop a workout called The Brazilian Butt Lift which Carvalo describes as “very fun.” (I am sure it is. Especially if your training the VS Angels.) The exercise combines ballet and martial arts helping to shape the butt and reduce the hips.
Leonardo also accompanies supermodels to the grocery store helping them with food selection before major catwalk events. “I show up at supermarkets again, again and again.” The cashier says, “You must be a very rich man to be with all these different girls.”
