Designer Anand Jon Charged with Rape, Again!

Designer Anand Jon Charged with Rape, Again!

Disgraced fashion designer Anand Jon previously faced rape and sexual assault charges in California.  Now he faces his second set of charges In New York for rape and molestation of around twelve women.  The women range from 15 to 26 years old.  Some of the women were drugged and left, while the teenage girl claims Jon threatened to hurt her if she told anyone.  Jon met his alleged victims by promising them modeling jobs.

The accusations echo the ones in the California case, where Jon was found guilty.  Through both cases he has claimed his innocence.

The supermodel directed and starred in a documentary entitled, “No Woman, No Cry.” Why traveling in El Salvador in 2006 Christy Turlington began to take notice of the maternal mortality struggles of pregnant women. Christy personally financed this project in an effort to bring awareness to their plight.

I saw her in a commercial. I saw her in a video. I saw her at the grocery store. I saw her on my cellphone. I saw her in every magazine on the newsstand. She is everywhere! I am not sure if all these places pay her as much as fashion week does though…

Rhianna gets 100,000.00 to sit for 20 minutes at Fashion Week and pretend that she likes the show. She’s catered to and adored throughout the entire event according to Fashionista. This blows past J Lo who makes 30,000.00 for fashion week. In 2005 J Lo raked in 80K for the same gig. I’d be a little mad at Fashion week if I were her. The dynamic duo Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen pull in 80K each which they more than likely blow on Starbucks while they are there. Lindsay Lohan went from 80K to zilch and Paris goes for free.

Even the guys are pulling in a little cash. Oscar nominee Colin Firth commands 15,000 and Jared Leto gets 25,000. All in a days work. I meant 20 mins.

They got 19 mins left. I gotta get my nails done.

Charles Taylor is on trial for his crimes against humanity and center stage are allegations that he gave Naomi Campbell a blood diamond. After being questioned by ABC News Naomi reacts by punching a producers camera. “I did not receive a diamond and I am not going to speak about that,” says Campbell. Prosecutors say that Naomi Campbell refused their requests to be interviewed about the transaction which could help directly link Taylor, the former president of Liberia, with posession of uncut diamonds which were used to fuel a terror campaign in Sierra Leon between 1997 and 2001.

Cambell and her lawyers refused to be involved in this criminal trial.
