I love models who can fly.

I put a casting out: “Looking for a model who can fly.” I kept it very vague because I knew I would have to have someone brave and able to do anything.

I posted the casting the evening before my actual shoot for Dina Bar El. Ten minutes later I was on the phone with a model I was completely unfamiliar with.

“Hi, this is Jess. I can fly.”
“Great. Can you meet me tomorrow at my house for hair and makeup. 9 a.m.?”
“Sure. Should I bring anything?”
“Just your wings.”

The next day we drove around LA. And she flew.

I love models who can fly.

ps. forgive me if I left out part of the story. the above part is true but I think i left out a couple of the details. ; )
