   I have two cameras made in lomo factory, but not the one used by the guys in the video…. the russians at the factory made also good cameras… the ones presented are the lowest models.

   That was interesting. I probably wouldn’t use one because it isn’t my preferred style, but I can definitely see where somebody would use them for a sort of surreal effect. better than digital, but not as amazing as a better quality camera, in my opinion.

    let me just say that as much as i hate the company, the “lomographers” and the cameras; they are doing a service. these idiots who burn through a roll of portra on their dog then go and buy more film. as big of douchebags as they are, at least they are stimulating the film market so people like me can keep shooting with real cameras and real photographic intentions.
    that said, the website charges as much for a zorki as i payed for a leica.
    fuck em.

    i do 3 types of photography. lomography, film, and digital. they are all amazing.. i do agree that lomography takes 0 talent, and is basicially a waste of space, but i like how the pictures come out! dont get me wrong, i have a huge passion for film slrs. i have a minolta x-70 for film, and a canon rebel xs for digital. but lomography is great too. not the best out of the other 2, but they way the pictures come out are nice. the people in the video do give it a bad name. fuck these people.

    lomography is awesome! i dont understand why people dont like it ? anyone can take a picture but i think lomography is all about creativity, seeing something quite mudane and turning it into something interesting its all down to the persons flare and imagination and lomography does justice to that, also evryone has a digital camera these days so why cant people enjoy taking random pics with a film camera?! i think you learn more with a film camera anyway
