Brooklyn Decker Diet: How To Get A Sports Illustrated Models Body
Brooklyn Decker Diet: How To Get A Sports Illustrated Models Body
Brooklyn Decker is elated to be on the cover of the new Sports Illustrated Swimwear Issue and surprised at the same time. The 22 year old admits it is partially genetics but tells US Magazine that the road to getting an SI Swimwear body isn’t easy and she works at it hard!
Brooklyn excercises 3 times a week. You can watch her excercise video: Elle Make Better DVD’s by ordering it through Amazon.
Brooklyn says, “Yoga is probably the thing I held onto the most because I noticed that it really enhances my other workouts because I workout like an athlete. I go for long runs and spin classes and I do weights, which I think a lot of women are scared of. I think it is important to do weights, because they don’t make you bigger, they make you more lean and toned and all that good stuff.”
I have to agree with Brooklyn on this as I have seen dramatic changes in models bodies that have turned to free weights.
If she doesn’t have time to excercise she tries to squeeze in five minutes of squats to keep everything tight. Brooklyn likes to add nutrients instead of cutting back on food.
For breakfast she reccomends: Greek yogurt with fresh berries or egg-white omelette.
Lunch or dinner: Chicken with vegetables or tuna and salad.
Inbetween meals she likes to snack on carrots, hummus or nuts and feeds her sweet tooth but “not every day.”

How To Lose 20 Pounds In 2 Weeks Just Like Beyonce Did
How To Lose 20 Pounds In 2 Weeks Just Like Beyonce Did.
Let me start by saying I have lost 20 pounds in ten days following this little gem. Before I was a photographer I was an actor in Hollywood and on a few occasions I needed to drop weight quickly. Under the pressure of the Hollywood system I knew that the weight had to come off or I would lose a part. I did a lot of research and then found out about The Master Cleanse by Stanley Borroughs also known as The Lemonade Diet. On three seperate occasions I have lost over 20 pounds in about ten to fifteen days and I know for a fact if I needed to drop this weight for a project starting two weeks from now I could do it. That is power over your body!
Beyonce did the same thing too. While preparing for her role in Dreamgirls Beyonce turned to the Master Cleanse to quickly shed the unwanted weight and turn back the clock on her image. After the cleanse she felt years younger.
There are a few great reasons to complete the Master Cleanse. Do you want to look good or perhaps cleanse your body of toxins? Maybe you have some extra weight you need to drop. All of these are great reasons to get started!
You can buy the book The Master Cleanse by Stanley Borrough’s at a bookstore. There are a few precautions you must follow while on the cleanse so you do not endanger your health. Remember, the tips below are just a general guideline and I highly reccomend reading the book before you start it.
You will need:
Organic lemons or limes ( I use lemons)
100% uniodized sea salt
Grade A or Grade B maple syrup
Cayenne Pepper
A tablespoon
Distilled water
When using these ingredients make sure to use organic lemons (not lemondade or lemon juice), uniodized sea salt (not regular iodized), grade A or grade B maple syrup (not regular flavored) and distilled water as opposed to other types for maximmum effectiveness. Failing to follow directions may cause you to not get the results you want.
1. Mix two tablespoons of genuine grade A or grade B maple syrup with 8 oz of distilled water.
2. Add two tablespoons of organic lemon juice or organic lime juice.
3. Pour 1/10th of a teaspoon of red cayenne pepper to the mix.
4. Once the maple syrup, lemon or lime juice (freshly squeezed from the lemon or lime – buy a cheap plastic juicer if you don’t have one) cayenne pepper and distilled water are mixed together put in a container with a top and shake. The distilled water may be cold if you prefer.
5. Drink. You must drink this mix whenever you feel hungry throughout the day. Put in a larger container if you are going to work or will not be home. Drink at least 6 times a day but up to 12 times a day.
Warnings:
Each morning you must prepare a full quart of lukewarm water and mix it with 2 tablespoons of uniodozed sea salt. Do not use iodized as it will not work. Drink the entire quart on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. This will stimulate bowel movement and will flush and cleanse your system. This may be the hardest part as drinking salt water does not taste good. You may experience several eliminations as the salt and water will run through your body in about an hour. If you do not have a bowel movement try adding more salt or less water until you experience the desired effect.
In the evenings it is reccomended that you drink a cup of laxative tea to help stimulate bowel movement. If you do not use the bathroom during the cleanse you are not ridding your body of the toxins which is very important to avoid being ill.
To acheive maximum results you must follow the cleanse for 10 days minnumum and up to 40 days maximum for severe cases. I have followed the cleanse about 3 times for 15 days. It is sometimes easier when you are performing the cleanse to do it with a partner that will support you while doing this. The first 24 to 30 hours will be the hardest as your body is adjusting to the dramatic change of being on a liquid diet. Drink when hungry. The solution will give you all the nutrients you need to stay healthy. You can do the cleanse 3 to 4 times a year.
Also if you are in the middle of a cleanse and you decide to stop you need to start eating gradually. Start with soups and eat in tiny portions. If you go out and gorge yourself on a steak and your stomach is not ready you could cause serious injury and possibly
One other note. I did try the cleanse once and did no physical activity while cleansing. I pretty much laid around and waited for the cleanse to take effect. On that particular occasion I cleansed for 10 days and did not lose much weight. On the other cleanses I worked in cardio 3 times a week to my routine by taking spinning classes at the gym. On those three occasions i lost the the weight by about 10 days but continued to the 15 day to take off more pounds. The whole time I kept drinking the solution and I had lots of energy.
